Your privacy is the foundation of LawnPro Connect. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the strict limits on who ever sees it — built around one promise: your information stays confidential and is shared only with the contractor assigned to your job.
Contractor Only Access
Your details are shared solely with the contractor assigned to your job — never broadcast, listed publicly, or passed to any other party.
Encrypted Payments
Payment data passes through a PCI-compliant, encrypted processor. We never see, store, or transmit your card numbers ourselves.
Zero Data Sales
We never sell your personal information to any third party, advertiser, or data broker. Not now, not ever.

Data Collection
We collect only what is required to book and complete your lawn service: your name, email address, service address, lot size, preferred service date, and any notes you choose to add to a booking. We also keep a record of your completed bookings so that you and we can track the work performed.
We do not collect sensitive data such as government IDs, and we never store your payment card details on our servers. Card information passes directly to our payment processor in an encrypted form.
Contractor Sharing Scope
Assigned Contractor Only — The only person who receives your address and booking details is the specific contractor who actively claims your job. They see exactly what they need to complete the service: the service address, lot size, scheduled date, and the notes you provided.
Your email address and payment information are never shared with contractors. Before a job is claimed, unassigned contractors browsing the job board see only the service type, city, date, and price — never your street address.
Contractors may use your details only to perform the work you booked. They may not re-use, retain beyond the job, or resell your information. This is a condition of using the LawnPro Connect marketplace.
Payment Security
Payment Encryption Standard — All payments are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor using end-to-end encryption. Your card number, CVV, and other sensitive payment data are transmitted directly to the processor and never touch our database.
We receive only a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of your card so we can show them on your receipt. Your booking is marked pre-paid and released to the contractor board without exposing any payment credentials.
Cookies & Your Rights
We use essential cookies only — to keep you signed in and to remember lightweight preferences such as your role in the app. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact our support team and we will respond promptly.
We retain booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, then securely delete them. You can always review this policy here, and we will note the date of any future changes at the top of this page.
